一、数据收集
开发者不收集、不上传、不共享你在 FilmArchive 中保存的个人数据。你记录的胶片档案、拍摄参数、冲洗记录与扫描照片，全部仅存储在设备的本地沙盒中。
二、权限用途
· 相机：仅用于「负转正」实时预览负片，以及翻拍扫描件。画面不会被保存或上传，除非你主动拍摄。
· 相册（读取）：仅在你主动选择导入照片时读取所选照片。
· 相册（写入）：仅在你主动保存索引图或分享照片时写入。
· 位置（使用期间）：用于在地图上标记拍摄位置或定位当前位置。保存的胶卷位置记录留在设备本地；使用 Apple 地图显示或搜索地点时，MapKit 会向 Apple 地图服务发起必要的网络请求。
三、数据存储与删除
所有数据存放于设备本地。删除某条记录即从沙盒中删除对应文件；卸载 App 将删除全部数据。开发者无法访问或恢复你的数据。
四、第三方服务
本 App 不集成第三方统计分析或广告 SDK。App 内购买（订阅与一次性买断）通过 Apple 处理，开发者不收集、不存储支付信息。Apple 地图的地图显示与地点搜索需要联网，搜索词及地图区域可能由 Apple 地图服务处理；开发者不接收这些请求内容。你主动打开支持、隐私政策或条款链接时，浏览器也会访问相应网站。

FilmArchive Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection
The developer does not collect, upload, or share the personal data you save in FilmArchive. All film rolls, shooting parameters, developing logs, and scans you record are stored only in your device's local sandbox.
2. Permission Usage
· Camera: used only for the real-time negative preview and for photographing scans. Frames are not saved or uploaded unless you actively capture.
· Photos (read): read only when you choose to import photos.
· Photos (write): write only when you save an index sheet or share a photo.
· Location (When In Use): used to mark shooting locations or find your current location. Saved roll locations remain on your device. Displaying or searching places with Apple Maps causes MapKit to make the network requests needed for those features.
3. Data Storage & Deletion
All data lives on your device. Deleting a record removes its files from the sandbox; uninstalling the app deletes all data. The developer cannot access or recover your data.
4. Third-Party Services
This app has no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Apple processes in-app purchases (subscriptions and the one-time purchase); the developer does not collect or store payment information. Apple Maps display and place search require a network connection. Search terms and map regions may be processed by Apple Maps; the developer does not receive those requests. Opening support, privacy, or terms links also connects your browser to the corresponding website.

・位置情報（使用中）：撮影場所の記録や現在地の取得に使用します。保存したフィルムの位置記録は端末内に残ります。Apple マップの表示や場所検索には、MapKit から Apple の地図サービスへの通信が必要です。
3. データの保存と削除
すべてのデータは端末内に保存されます。記録を削除すると該当ファイルも削除され、アプリをアンインストールするとすべてのデータが消えます。開発者はデータにアクセス・復元できません。
4. サードパーティサービス
本アプリはサードパーティの解析・広告 SDK を含みません。アプリ内購入（サブスクリプションと買い切り）は Apple が処理し、開発者は支払い情報を収集・保存しません。Apple マップの表示と場所検索には通信が必要で、検索語や地図の範囲は Apple の地図サービスで処理される場合があります。開発者はそのリクエストを受け取りません。サポート・プライバシー・規約のリンクを開くと、ブラウザが該当サイトに接続します。

1. Datenerhebung
Der Entwickler erhebt, überträgt oder teilt keine personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie in FilmArchive speichern. Alle von Ihnen erfassten Filme, Aufnahmeparameter, Entwicklungsprotokolle und Scans werden ausschließlich in der lokalen Sandbox Ihres Geräts gespeichert.
2. Verwendung von Berechtigungen
· Kamera: nur für die Echtzeit-Negativvorschau und zum Abfotografieren von Scans. Bilder werden nicht gespeichert oder hochgeladen, sofern Sie nicht selbst auslösen.
· Fotos (Lesen): nur wenn Sie selbst den Import von Fotos wählen.
· Fotos (Schreiben): nur wenn Sie einen Kontaktabzug speichern oder ein Foto teilen.
· Standort (bei Verwendung): zum Markieren von Aufnahmeorten oder Ermitteln Ihres aktuellen Standorts. Gespeicherte Ortsangaben Ihrer Filmrollen bleiben auf dem Gerät. Für Kartenanzeige und Ortssuche stellt MapKit die nötigen Verbindungen zu Apple Karten her.
3. Speicherung und Löschung von Daten
Alle Daten liegen auf Ihrem Gerät. Das Löschen eines Datensatzes entfernt die zugehörigen Dateien aus der Sandbox; das Deinstallieren der App löscht alle Daten. Der Entwickler kann nicht auf Ihre Daten zugreifen oder sie wiederherstellen.
4. Dienste Dritter
Diese App enthält keine Analyse- oder Werbe-SDKs von Drittanbietern. Apple wickelt In-App-Käufe (Abonnements und den einmaligen Kauf) ab; der Entwickler erhebt oder speichert keine Zahlungsinformationen. Apple Karten benötigt für Kartenanzeige und Ortssuche eine Netzwerkverbindung. Suchbegriffe und Kartenbereiche können von Apple Karten verarbeitet werden; der Entwickler erhält diese Anfragen nicht. Beim Öffnen von Support-, Datenschutz- oder Nutzungsbedingungen-Links verbindet sich der Browser mit der jeweiligen Website.

3. Stockage et suppression des données
Toutes les données résident sur votre appareil. Supprimer un enregistrement retire ses fichiers du bac à sable ; désinstaller l'app supprime toutes les données. Le développeur ne peut pas accéder à vos données ni les récupérer.
4. Services tiers
Cette app n'intègre aucun SDK tiers d'analyse ou de publicité. Apple traite les achats intégrés (abonnements et achat unique) ; le développeur ne collecte ni ne stocke d'informations de paiement. Plans d'Apple nécessite une connexion pour afficher la carte et rechercher des lieux. Les termes recherchés et la zone de la carte peuvent être traités par Apple ; le développeur ne reçoit pas ces requêtes. L'ouverture des liens d'assistance, de confidentialité ou des conditions connecte le navigateur au site concerné.

1. Raccolta dei dati
Lo sviluppatore non raccoglie, carica né condivide i dati personali che salvi in FilmArchive. Tutti i rullini, i parametri di scatto, i registri di sviluppo e le scansioni che registri vengono salvati solo nella sandbox locale del dispositivo.
2. Utilizzo dei permessi
· Fotocamera: solo per l'anteprima del negativo in tempo reale e per fotografare le scansioni. Le immagini non vengono salvate né caricate a meno che tu non scatti attivamente.
· Foto (lettura): solo quando scegli di importare le foto.
