一、服务内容
FilmArchive 是一款本地胶片档案管理工具，提供拍摄信息记录、冲洗药剂与计时管理、负片实时正像预览、扫描照片管理与索引图生成等功能。
二、用户责任
你应对自己导入与记录的内容负责，确保拥有相应照片的合法权利，不得利用本 App 存储、传播违法内容。
三、知识产权
本 App 的界面设计与程序代码受著作权法保护。你在 App 中创建的档案内容归你本人所有。
四、免责声明
本 App 按「现状」提供。冲洗计时、药剂配比等信息仅供参考，实际冲洗结果受药液状态、温度等多种因素影响，开发者不对冲洗结果承担责任。请务必在删除 App 前自行备份重要数据。
五、订阅与支付
Pro 月订阅与年订阅为自动续订订阅：付款将在确认购买时计入你的 Apple ID，订阅将自动续订，除非在当前订阅期结束至少 24 小时前取消。续费将在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内扣款。你可以在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。Pro 终身买断为一次性购买，不会续订。Pro 订阅提供有限期免费试用（时长以 App Store 展示为准；试用期内不收费；若未在试用结束前取消，将按标准价自动续订）。具体规则详见订阅条款。
六、协议变更
我们可能随版本更新调整本协议，重大变更将在更新说明中提示。继续使用即视为接受修订后的协议。

1. Service
FilmArchive is a local film-roll archive tool. It lets you record shooting information, manage developing chemicals and stage timers, preview negatives in real time, organize scans, and generate index sheets.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you import and record. Make sure you have the proper rights to any photos you store, and do not use this app to store or distribute unlawful content.
3. Intellectual Property
The app's design and program code are protected by copyright law. Your archive content created in the app belongs to you.
4. Disclaimer
This app is provided "as is". Developing timers, chemical ratios, and other information are for reference only; actual results depend on many factors such as chemical condition and temperature, and the developer is not liable for developing outcomes. Please back up important data before deleting the app.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. The Pro lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Pro subscriptions include a free trial (duration as shown on the App Store; no charge during the trial; auto-renews at the standard price if not cancelled before the trial ends). See the Subscription Terms for details.
6. Changes
We may update these terms with version releases; material changes will be noted in the release notes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

FilmArchive はローカルで動作するフィルムアーカイブ管理ツールです。撮影情報の記録、現像薬品とステージタイマーの管理、ネガのリアルタイム正像プレビュー、スキャンの整理、インデックスシート生成などの機能を提供します。
2. 利用者の責任
読み込み・記録する内容についての責任は利用者にあります。保存する写真に関する正当な権利を有していることを確認し、本アプリを違法コンテンツの保存・拡散に利用してはなりません。
3. 知的財産
本アプリのデザインとプログラムコードは著作権法により保護されています。アプリ内で作成したアーカイブの内容は利用者自身に帰属します。
4. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。現像タイマー・薬液配合などの情報は参考用であり、実際の結果は薬液の状態や温度など多くの要因に左右されます。開発者は現像結果について責任を負いません。重要なデータはアプリ削除前に必ずバックアップしてください。
5. サブスクリプションと支払い
Pro 月額・年額プランは自動更新サブスクリプションです。支払いは購入確認時に Apple ID に請求され、期間終了の 24 時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。更新料は期間終了前 24 時間以内に請求されます。App Store のアカウント設定から管理・キャンセルできます。Pro 買い切りは一度きりの購入で、自動更新はありません。Pro サブスクリプションには無料トライアルがあります（期間は App Store の表示に準じます。トライアル中は請求されず、終了前にキャンセルしなければ標準価格で自動更新されます）。詳細はサブスクリプション規約をご覧ください。
6. 規約の変更
バージョン更新に伴い本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更は更新情報でお知らせします。継続して利用することで改訂版規約に同意したものとみなされます。
